Portability and convenience are often factors for external hard drives, especially for laptop users such as myself. Apricon’s lineup of USB drives are both. Very light and portable, and convenient in the fact that the USB cable folds into itself. I opened my email this morning and learned that J&R has a nice $100 rebate on the Apricon EZ Bus 60GB HD. They have other sizes too (20 and 40 GB if I recall) each with smaller rebates. Still, $3.00+ per gig seems like a lot. I think I’d purchase if I were constantly changing contract jobs so I would have solid storage for my toolkits. But I’m passing this round. Though, they are very sexy small.
