Supersized.org Me!

Supersized

I recently opened an account at Supersized.org so I could play around with Serendipity to see what it has to offer in the way of blogging. My account, Linkers, was up and running but somehow I misplaced my password. Yes, I’ll admit, this was 100% user error on my end.

I sent an email to the founder of Supersized, Jannis in which he responded very promptly. I agreed to have the password reset and I was back in business. Jannis’ level of service was very encouraging. What surprized me was a follow-up email just to check and see if everything was ok. I know of other large corporations that do this as a policy, but Jannis is the head of a small team (perhaps a one-man team), and did this out of geniuine care for his users. This type of detailed service has given me a lot of faith in Supersized and I fully endorse them. Serendipity itself is a very powerful, yet fairly easy to use, blogging application. Add a trustworthy admin, such as Jannis, and you’ve got a great service. So, if you’re looking for an easy way to blog, one that is a 100% free and hosted solution, I highly encourage that you get Supersized.
