I jumped on the del.icio.us bandwagon.

I saw del.icio.us when it first came out. I was little impressed. My thoughts: “Hmm. Looks like blink.com…”

Now, after I’ve become a little wiser and del.icio.us has had some mainstream press and quality competition, I finally decided to take a dive at del.icio.us. And I’m buying the hype! This is a really cool service.

My del.icio.us account lets me sort by category, called “tags”. It also lets me see what other links del.icio.us users posted to that tag. If I post a link that others have also posted, it lets me see how many people bookmarked that page. If enough people bookmark a page, it may get “voted” to the front page of del.icio.us. That is a lot of potential in the hands of its users!

Each day I use del.icio.us more and more. I’m finding new uses and tricks for it each day. Del.icio.us is becoming almost a part of my life as blogging is (well, my other blogs at least).

Chad! Hey pro – send some cali sun this way! I’m so sick of this place that I might try to barter my way into pitching a tent in your backyard for a while. Good on ya for getting Avenu A lined up. Can’t wait to hear some tracks. You gonna have a demo soon?
