Wanted: PHP Programmers in the KC Area

A nation-wide Wedding Photographer Database is looking to hire 2-3 PHP programmers in the KC area on a contract basis. The contract is for a month or so until the project is completed. I posted the PHP Job on the KC PHP Usergroup forums.
I know there’s a lot of Kansas City PHP coders out there. If you’re in need of some decent cash for a month’s (or less time) worth of work, respond here or visit the original PHP job posting. Be sure to refer any friends that might be interested too. It’s a cool place to work, so if anyone needs a quick gig let me know.

Read an interesting article on Slashdot today. The scientists at NASA have a real problem keeping track of time. Everyday they are loosing 39 minutes somewhere. They show up to work an extra 39 minutes late, and before you know it, they are eating breakfast at 9:00 pm.
No, it’s not because their watches don’t work. Well, ok, it is because of that. Their watches tell time for a different planet. NASA contracted an independent watchmaker, the old fashioned kind, in California to make purposely-flawed mechanical watches that were on a 24 hour and 39 minutes day cycle. Why? Because these watches were Martian Watches! This was a dream come true for the watchmaker, of course it was, and he immediately got to work trying to solve this issue. Now if only these watches were for sale to the general public.
